Who We Are
The Northamptonshire Centre for Counselling Studies (NCCS) is an award winning counselling training centre that opened in 2016 and since welcoming its first students many have gained a counselling qualification at various different levels.
My name is Kelly Porch and I founded NCCS and and am the Centre Manager and Lead Tutor.

My name is Kelly Porch and I am the Founder and Manager of the Northamptonshire Centre for Counselling Studies. I am also often involved in the teaching of the above-named courses.
In addition to this, I am a qualified Person-Centered Counsellor working in private practice (Kelly Porch Counselling) where I help clients (individuals and couples) presenting with many different issues. I have a particular interest in the provision of counselling for those who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness/pain and those who are in recovery from addiction.
I am an accredited member of teh National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a qualified supervisor, providing clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and also other professionals.
In the past, I have been Lead Counsellor at Moulton College and a volunteer counsellor within a local charity called, Teamwork. I have also taught the CPCAB Level 2 Counselling Skills at Bedford Further Education College.
