Hello, my name is Helen and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have worked in education for over 15 years in a range of settings in London and Bedford and I have been involved in online counselling training since 2020.
I work as a counsellor for a charity that supports young people from the age of 13-25 and in a community counselling service for adults with a range of mental health difficulties. I also run my own private practice, Greengate Counselling.
I am qualified in online counselling and I work with clients both face-to-face and via video call or phone.
